NEW OFFICE BUILDING IN KLAGENFURT CA. 750 M² FLOOR SPACE
A simply structured, cubic, 3 storey high building shelters office rooms for an expanding Ziviltechniker GmbH.
The storeys are detached but also in combination useable. Flexible use of the space was integrative part of the design process. The floor plans were optimized with the building owner. The building appears dynamic and elegant because of it’s proportion and the sculptural cut out windows.
