Located two kilometers north of the city center of Villach, this small-scale residential complex is being built in the district of Vassach. Living in 2 houses with 7 apartments each is like living in a village.

The residential complex is heated by means of geothermal heat - deep drilling. In summer, the heat pump can also be used for cooling, which promises a particularly high level of comfort when living.

The house is accessible barrier-free and has an elevator. The penthouse apartment can be reached directly with the elevator. Upon entering, the user is revealed the panoramic view over the city of Villach with the Mittagskogel in the background.
